About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor contractor compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Identify hazards and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Maintain HSSE management systems and documentation
- Support incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions
- Monitor emergency response plans and procedures
- Assist with environmental impact assessments and compliance strategies
- Lead safety meetings and engage project stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications
Applicants must have:

- Understanding of ISO 45001 safety management systems
- Experience with hazard identification (HIRA, HAZOPS, HAZIDs)
- Incident investigation and root cause analysis experience
- Construction safety procedure knowledge
- Strong analytical, reporting, and leadership skills
- 4–5 years’ experience in Safety, Health, and Environment (HSE) roles
Experience in wind farm construction or renewable energy projects is an advantage.
